Article IV: Reservation Filing Standards

  1. Grace Period: Parties holding confirmed motions are granted a 15-minute statutory grace period. Failure to appear within this window will result in docket cancellation.
  2. Large Parties (8+ Co-Defendants): Motions for parties of 8 or more require a pre-filing retainer deposit per person, applicable in full toward food and beverage items.
  3. Dietary Accommodations: All allergy pleadings must be filed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session time to allow kitchen counsel adequate time for preparation.
